years later. wish I had been around back then. The best thing to do is to make your work the way you enjoy making it. The audience that matters will always be the best one when you aren’t changing for it. just make what you enjoy and the majority will enjoy it with you.
People will bitch if you bury them in a new coffin.
You have done an amazing job with character development, comics are exactly like that, they faster than… oh! What an idea! A novel? If people want more dialogue or more in depth development, why not a short novel where you can actually put all that you have without needing to short-cut? Also translating 😉
Just keep doing what you want, because what you create is way better than anything that those people whining about too much dialogue could dream of.
What are those people thinking anyway? It’s a web comic, of course there’s gonna be dialogue….
Foxx: Please don’t compromise on your art or your stories. You are an artist not a house painter. Some persons make not like all of your work, but that is there problem not yours. Most of your subscribers enjoy the wonderful art you create for us. Don’t let other people tell you how to draw or tell your stories! gina
Maybe Jamie will not be interested in Scott
Why make your own website and your own business if it isn’t going to make you happy, and be the way you want it? I understand all those negative comments are probably very stressful, but don’t forget that it’s your business, not ours. We pay you, not the reverse. And the work done as YOU like it is more than worth it.
