I’ve been waiting for this for a very long time: I’m finally going to move out from my parent’s house soon. Trust me, I’ve really grown out of my small bedroom and I really need a place of my own. I’m looking around the Portsmouth, New Hampshire area which is very nice. I’ve already looked at a couple and I’ve arranged to look at some nice houses in the next week.
I’m going to lease for the next year then get a mortgage in 2015. This will give me time get to know the area, to look around at houses, and save up for a down payment. If you’re wondering why I’m not going for an apartment, my brief experience with apartments was downright awful and I’d rather pay extra for a bigger place with privacy away from loud neighbors. I’m hoping to find a place by July first, but I might miss that deadline and have to wait until August.
Of course, I owe this to all of my subscribers and I love every single one of you for allowing me to live my dream job. I can’t say thank you enough! =D
wheres the date
come live in australia! everything is chilled 🙂 on serious note congrats mate very well deserved!
I’m sure, but I don’t like the heat. 🙂 Around here 80F is considered hot
Id suggest my area but honestly I dont know many houses around here that are for sale. I know my next door neighbor was selling his house but apparently he sold it pretty quick. I guess he’s gonna be out of here by the end of the summer. Have fun house hunting, Portsmouth is a really nice area
I hope you’ll enjoy your new place. My wife know the area better than me. She’s from New England. I’m New Yorker but I love the Northwest.
Congratulations! ★★Cheers
I must have lucked out like crazy to have had such a positive apartment experience these past 4 years. Haven’t heard a peep from any of my neighbors, outside of the occasional furniture moving sounds and such. I just wish they’d stop raising my rent… if they do it again this year, I’ll probably have to move, so I can save up for a mortgage faster.
I’ve been in Portsmouth just once and thought it was one of the nicest towns I’ve ever visited!! A great place with great people. Good luck with your move and, by all means, try to find a house. It is a much better investment. Also, don’t forget to keep working out! Love ya, gina
Off topic question but did you get to see Bush Sr. skydive for his birthday? I noticed it happened in Kennebunk.
Believe it or not, I don’t hang around Bush and watch everything he does. Besides, there’s quite an imposing fence a his place.
I saw the picture in the local newspaper. Apparently there was some sort of free celebration featuring 90 cakes, but I don’t need cake 😛
I remember a few years back Vladimir Putin came to Kennebunkport. Mom and I went to look around. We were able to drive by Walker’s Point (where the Bush compound is), and it was the only time I saw a guard in the little booth outside.
I didn’t know they had a place there. I figured they just hung around in Texas. Good to hear you’re not all caught up in politics lol.
amen to the apt problems. we live in an apartment where the downstairs neighbors feed the birds. except the birds do not eat anything. the squirrels do. then they eat holes in the soffit and want to live in the attic (which is over the bedroom_)
choose wisely my friend
