I have been curious about how anatomically correct these avatars are, & Nikki is herself in game & in the real world. So it’s possible that whatever happens to her in game, transfers to the real world. I imagine she considered the possibility of having a family with the Prince in game, but I don’t think it was something she was planning for a while. i’ll bet nick never thought abouth birth control while posing as thunder / nikki wonder if the sun elf got her pregnant .
Now I’m wishing for the magic incorporated into the game to carry the pregnancy into reality. It would suck to have a child who can never live in the real world.
I imagine the game avatar would carry the child to term & give birth to them, & maybe raise them before the player went back into the world.

Now the question is… Can an NPC get you pregnant or can only other players do that?
