I need to update my payment information

Have you recently changed your credit or debit card? You will need to update your billing settings.

To update your payment information directly on SapphireFoxx.com:

1. Go to your Account Page.
2. Click Subscriptions at the top of the page.
3. Click Update on your currently active subscription.

To update your payment information on PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Money, banks and cards under “Profile” on the left of the page.
4. Click Set Automatic Payments in the “Automatic payments” section.
5. Click on you SapphireFoxx subscription in the “My preapproved payments” section.
6. Update the payment method you’d like to use.

*Note: PayPal may update their website at any time. This method is tested as of May 28, 2019.
