Whatever happened with the two witches from Indy Panda who spotted the spell on Caroline and wanted the lockset (page 77)? Are they coming back and are they somehow connected with Lorraine?
I’d hate to tell the Fairy-Hell-Mother (like in the Exorcist “there is no GOD here …”) but the ‘Panda’ sisters already know about the locket and the Magick being used in it and want to exploit it already!!!

it’s probably only an issue if nonbloods found out and started spreading the news around, then the DSC would have to get involved and cover it up.
whereas a pair of sorceresses finding out a third has been using her powers on a nonblood in a relatively discreet and harmless way is probably ok although if the DSC learned of how much Lorraine is manipulating Oliver then it could turn into a problem.
