This is where Oliver dies. Because that’s what is happening. Caroline is killing Oliver. I refuse to see it any other way, despite the others on this site who seem okay with it. Just because Caroline shares Oliver’s memories doesn’t mean squat. She doesn’t care about him, his morals, his feelings, relationships, or life. Aside from career choice they have nothing in common. Oliver AND Caroline are two sides of the same coin, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, they know about each other, and their feelings but have their own. In this form, Oliver is known as Caroline and likes men, meat and all that. But who can’t go anything about it. Lorraine is forcing Oliver into act more like Caroline, but Oliver is still in there.
Like Hyde, Caroline is a cancer, taking over Oliver’s life. But I disagree that they are one in the same. They are two personalities sharing one body.
