I don’t think Blake should be cursed with a transformation into a beautiful woman. He should be transformed into a less than ideal woman. A few extra pounds in weight, less than perfect skin and hair. Basically he should look like the overweight woman he and the others tourmented at the beginning of the story.

Okay, it would be great if Evan walks into the Doctors office while Blake is undressed and getting examined, and then Blake gets a burst of effemination the way Evan did, completing the process right in front of the doc. Then the Doc could be the first to discover ADVANCED VAGINA ONSET (OVA) and get a write up in the Medical Journals
