I don’t think that Blake would go for that, remember, he was still technically a guy the entire time his body was transformed. Plus, Evan is MUCH happier as Eva, so we will see how the fox works.
It seems to me that Evan was just happier being skinny when he was skinny and himself he was really happy too but we will see, I guess.

I predict that only Blake (Lily) and Eva(n) will remain female. Lily and Kyle will end up together, since their relationship has been developed the most (even since the beach scene). I’m not sure what will become of Eva, but I guess we’ll see.
