This seems unlikely. Isabelle seemed pretty remorseful of accidentally making Kailey kiss Kyle.
More worried about being caught if you ask me, if she was remoseful why would she be trying to push them together. Look at her wording “Maybe I could fix that only into girls thing” what about a girl liking other girls needs fixing? or “I’m not going to control her just alter her preferences a little” that’s pretty controlling and a violation of kailey’s free will as well. She was trying to cause problems for Kailey, so she made her past self try to pick her up, but when she realized how horrible his life had been up to that point, she decided to broaden her sexual orientation so that she would be able to find someone new, but then she accidentally made them kiss, when she thought about what she wanted to do with Chris, realized she made a mistake & reset them. I don’t expect her to mess with them much more beyond that.
Who spent the entire day with her when she transformed into a girl the first time around? Who held her as she cried, & shared her bed with her? Who is the only one who knows, at least a little bit, why she has been afraid of commitment? Who did she recently pick out an outfit for? That’s who knows her almost as well as herself.
I love this it could go on and on. With all the drama for these girls could run into.
