Is it true the sofa in the ladies bathroom is commonly used for lesbian hanky panky, and the ‘real’ reason women don’t want men walking in is so they don’t get cuaght.
I am sure I will get slated for this but the common theme for story-lines and the comments generated are that women are innocent princesses and men are murderous ignorant monsters. Its a matter of scale the odds of you sharing the bathroom with another girl attracted to girls is far lower than a man attracted to girls. As well from what I’ve seen people are less likely to hit on a member of the same gender male or female in normal activities. That is a girl sharing a bathroom isn’t likely to try and pick up another girl but a guy might.
Funny enough it was in the news online recently about bathroom stings, arresting gay men in the men’s bathroom. Seems the police go in bathrooms with a reputation start flirting with guys and when one takes the bait as an invitation he gets arrested.
The women’s bathroom is usually the one with peep holes drilled into the wall, if it was not gender segregated peeping might actually end up being less common.
