The voice synthesizer is supposed to be on Luke’s neck. One thing that these last few pages have shown everyone is that several weeks worth of pages are drawn at once. So mistakes like the voice synthesizer not being on Luke’s neck can’t be fixed when people point them out, because the creators are already busy working on comic pages that’ll be coming out a month from now.
It’s a simple artist error that can’t be undone unfortunately. We just have to use our imagination and pretend that the voice synthesizer is there.
I was wondering about it because it brings an interesting concept to the story that if people will recognize it for what it is or be suspicious of what it is so he needs to by different variants of it to go for different occasions
