That was because of rare sircumstances that already had showen effect on their hight and body form. He has a very male fysiek except for hight and feet.

That is indeed the point I am making. Austin had a disease that probably caused the silly gell to react different to him, as they say in that story. As Luke does not have this same problem he is unlikely to have the same issue as Austin did. So yea indeed he isn’t Austin.

Yes but this character clearly isn’t 1 of them as Luke clearly has had a very effective puberty which is one of the things the medical condition did.
It’s doubtful that sili-gel will have the same effect on Luke as it did on Austin. Austin had an extremely rare genetic problem that didn’t mix well with sili-gel and made the gel changes permanent. Sili-gel is a common cosmetic in the SF universe, and no one else has ever had the same problems that Austin had. He is the one extreme outlier, not the norm.
There’s no reason for us to believe that sili-gel won’t act like it normally does with Luke and it just gives him temporary boobs and butt with no additional side effects.
you never know – there might be a permanent siligel by now
Even if perma-sili-gel does exist at this time, which it doesn’t seem to exist yet, that doesn’t mean that Luke would use it. He doesn’t want breasts or a big butt all the time.
How long until he turns back into Lara? I give it 15 pages
