Also, I think Luke ended the stream before he slept. In the HD version of the page, the screen reads “Ending Soon”, which means the camera should not be visible to viewers anymore. Also, chat is inactive, so I don’t think there is still anyone watching this now..
For real, though, the story would have gone a completely different direction if Luke forgot to turn off the camera, and I don’t think that’s the direction we’re heading here, at least not yet…

Well, this confirms what we already know about Luke using Sili-Gel. No residual swelling; only Alyssa has that side-effect because of her condition. That’s one less problem for Luke, but he has bigger problems now, anyway…
It took longer than one time for Alyssa to have any permanent side affects.
Alyssa had residual swelling that didn’t completely go away after 17 hours on the first use.
Alyssa had permanent swelling because she had a rare condition that caused her to not go through puberty as a guy, there is no reason why that would happen to Luke.
