To the Cypher is Karl theory, it could be. Look at the pages, Luke is NOT looking at Karl when the text was sent and Karl’s back is to Luke. We don’t see one of Karl’s hands. Also in the pic it looks like Cypher is wearing black pants, Karl is wearing black pants too. Karl could have easily taken that pic right there without Luke noticing.
We already know Karl isnt Cypher, this was disproven early on. Plus, as Luke said, what’s his endgame if it is? Why would Karl harass his best friend?
