Okay, this threw me off a bit. So, the scene below in the car is with the twins back in their former bodies, as shown by Hunter being skinny again.
It seems that the speech color bubbles are correct again in that car scene, while it’s still swapped in the video call scene above.

While I like that you care about detail, maybe just chill out, man. Wrong colored bubbles don’t mean the end of the world.
I think it’s no surprise that some mistakes appear throughout on forms of entertainment like comics, TV shows, games, movies, etc.
