There realy are extremely few heroines that wear these kind of heels and most of the time the only reason for that is a hidden switch blade…
I agree with you on that front though, they are just too impractical and if you can’t fly they are just good for the reason to flex on the enemy.

Sorry, but that’s not entirely true. You are right in the 100m, if you aren’t out like a bullet, you won’t hit a fast mark. But even in the 200m, if you watch Bolt, Noah Lyles, or any other sprinter, they gradually accelerate, just like someone would in a distance race. Top sprinters frequently run the second half of their races nearly a second faster than their first halves. (I’m a former competitive distance runner and follow the sport of track and field very closely.)
200 m i always feel like that was bolts prefered distance over the 100m and yeah he was slower slightly out of the boxcompared to the likes of gatlin and powell but on the middle and end straights he wpuld always edhe ahead thanks to his bigger strides which for a taller compettitor is actually quite hard i remember him yalking about it in his dvd documentary BOLT
P.s I also use to do sprinting in senior school and for college as well so i know what your talking about
