Hmmm, wait till after the election, or not open the bidding until after the election.

Why did she assume he’d go along with being a prostitute? “Bidding”, getting paid, for “his services”, sex, is, by definition, prostitution… honestly, I think she’d have better luck convincing him to partake in said ‘queue’ without the bidding part.

This is not going to save the island at best it will delay the inevitable. Unless he starts reproducing with his children, which is not only weird but also introducing a bunch of other issues with genes, this will only extends the life of the island by one generation.

Gavin: Are you insane mayor!? I’m not the last guy on the planet. To be exact, I’m not giving anyone my seed. I don’t really care about sex nor a harem.

I think the mayor has lost her mind from drinking too much red water

Why not use artificial insemination? It would be much faster than Gavin trying to have sex with 10,000 women. (Although not as much fun!)

Because the horny Mayor is the one who wants to have that “fun”, of course. ๐Ÿ™‚

Blackmail, Gavin get busy and get Alistair put back together so he can get to work, wether they want to change or not.

What the mayor is doing here is not blackmail. Blackmail would be if she had some secret info on Gavin and threatened to use that info if he doesn’t do exactly as she says. What’s going on here is a give-and-take exchange. Gavin scratches her back, and she’ll scratch his. They both get something out of it, so it can’t be blackmail. If Gavin says no, then he won’t face any punishment from the mayor other than not getting his question on the ballot because he didn’t scratch her back.

I’m thinking he won’t sign. He doesn’t have too. The ballot was only being kind, and Alistair most likely was not going to go by that, when he can change memories as well. Return the Island to normal; grant the ones the saved him there “wish”; all is well. Alistair just need the ballot to motivate Gaela into finishing the rebuild. The mayor may have given that motivation, but in another way ๐Ÿ˜‰
