Bridget and Frank are furious at Shane and his friends about their sudden weight gain, demanding answers despite knowing it’s sounds crazy. Then the investigation team has no choice to take the bullies to the Underwood Forest to search the cure even that place filled with ghosts, soldiers, and the monster. This nasty couple doesn’t care about the group’s safety as long as they get what they want.
On the other hand, maybe the gang has finally meet the Queen and hearing the whole truth.
Heather has a big hairy wart on her face, I don’t know if that is better than lots of tiny freckles but it might be interesting to see if lt tastes of chocolate cookies
While part of me is happy to see Zoey accepting and embracing girlhood, the other part of me can’t help but ask, how much of this is Zoey’s genuine feelings and how much of this is the virus influencing her mentally? Or is her acceptance of girlhood all because of the mental effects/changes of the virus? (since Zack was a straight boy before getting infected)
That occurs to me from the very beginning when Zoey being the 1st one, she’s wearing non feminine clothes (hoodie, jeans) along with pink sneakers & makeup instead of girly ones (skirts, heels, etc.) because the virus can read the hosts’ minds. She looks like a tomboy while she’s a girl at the same time. Maybe Zoey having some growth spurts from falling in love with Gavin and her development won’t stop until she has the perfect figure like Elaine or Rachele. I think that was the virus making Zack’s/Zoey’s clothes into girl version of what Zack was wearing. One of the teens at the movie theater during the theater outbreak scene towards the beginning of the comic still had boyish clothes after he got infected and transformed. Maybe Heather should reconsider before she gets infected, there might be some guys left after she’s done with Cinder Isle High School even though most upperclass boys are sick. If the big sister was blessed by the virus, her measurements are probably the same as Elaine and then she’s teasing Zoey as payback of being part of sisterly rivalry drama.
At least Patricia is more well behaved than her 2 older sisters.

ok Sam I’m waiting for your announcement of the next comic and when it starts. Except for the solution to the virus, this one has pretty much played out. I would have liked to have seen Gavin and Shane (Shawn?) in that submersible or time travel machine or whatever it was going to be. We haven’t seen Gavin hitting the books seriously for a while, I doubt he’ll come up with the virus solution. You forgot already Heather? You’re the one who first taught Zoey how to wear heels when she was wearing that Belle dress last Halloween.
I guess Heather’s wish come true that she’s always wanted to have a sister. But deep down, she still intends to be infected.
Maybe that’s why this called “Love gain and love lost” because Heather might get a upgrade and the disadvantage is that she cannot have sex with any guy.
Whatever happened to that dress and those heels? Did Heather try the outfit on?
