now Zoey and Gavin you know better than that your not supposed to be talking in class unless you have your hand raised.
No. This is not okay. In no universe is this okay. This is a completely unreasonable thing to ask a student, or ANYONE to do. This is BEYOND insensitive, rude and a total abuse of power as a teacher. This teacher should be reprimanded immediately.
I am sorry Sam, I love your site, I love the content you put out, and the topics you cover interest me immensely, but this is not okay, a teacher asking this of a student is absolutely intolerable and inappropriate and I beg of you to make some mention of that in some way.
I can sorta seeing it fly if she has the right to refuse the question.
These are people trying to cope with a situation that is far out of their hands.
It is far out of their hands, that only makes this question that much more insensitive and outrageous.
Agreed preach it sister
1) The writer having a character do something does not mean the writer supports it. If it were so, villains would not exist. It could be purposefully an evil character.
2) It is acceptable to ask someone to share their experience under these exceptional circumstances. It is not acceptable to make such a request as a punitive measure.
In your defense I can understand that you may think this isn’t right for an injected conversation in “reality”, but this is a silly work of fiction for entertainment purposes.
You can look past a virus that knows how to convert clothing and is up to date with modern social media but you lose your uterus cap at an imaginary bimbo teaching sex Ed in a non appropriate outfit? Sheeesh how can you apply normal social guidelines to a universe where everyone can seemingly be transgender but being gay or by is treated as a literal *GASP!!!*
“It fucking sucked”
this is a good reason to never talk in class, you will be called on it.
You can answer questions, but no whispering!
talk about been put on the spot Zoey thanks Gav next time you should write notes and pass them to one another
Zoey, your sins have come full circle.
It must be that time of the month for Mrs. Machius.
I’m embarrassed for her
