It’s not so much that Cyrus wants to flaunt it in front of Kelvin or even have sex with Kelvin. It’s that Cyrus wanted to find out if Kelvin is really bisexual or not. And the only way to confirm his suspicions was to sexually tease Kelvin and see how he reacts.
Maybe it’s just because I’m asexual…it’s alright though, I understand.
