Status Meaning:
- Planning = Script not yet finished. Still writing and planning what will happen.
- Early Production = Script is complete. Doing prep work such as collecting voice actor lines.
- Creating Artwork = Art assets are being made.
- Waiting = All artwork and voice acting is complete. Waiting for an animator to be available to start working on it.
- Animating = All artwork complete. An animator is currently working on it.
- Editing = Animation is complete. Adding final touches such as sound effects, credits, as well as fixing mistakes.
- Ready for Release = Self explanatory.

Considering how the dean and “Laurel” had the same last name as a certain sorcerer from Halloween Switch and its one-shot sequel, I’m pretty sure he is being set up to appear in The Night is Young though it’s unknown if he will appear in that series.

can you do the same story as Different Perspectives? i like the idea 2 minds in 1 body
Sam had mentioned previously he would never do a story like Different Perspectives again because of the complexities of such a story and the fact that stories with clones and duplicates typically end with the duplicate being killed/destroyed. He even regrets writing Different Perspectives as how he did it even though it stood out from his other stories on his website.

Different Perspectives was more than such. Because of the soul side effect of Chris’s curse, Christina ended up gaining her own soul and personality instead of being a part of Chris and/or his personality.
I loved it too, really liked Christina but I forget exactly what the reason was for removing her but she’s been completely written out and is no longer part of the current and future storylines.
Why was Christina completely written out?
Christina Young has not been completely written out of the SF universe. She has just had her role in the universe significantly reduced, mostly because we feel her story is complete.
Sam also regrets creating Christina Young in the first place. If Sam could back and redo Different Perspectives, he’d still probably give Chris his own female form, but wouldn’t have gone down the “split personality” route. Part of that is because Sam never had a long term plan for Christina after DP ended. There’s nothing else we can do with Christina now.

To be fair, Christina wants to live in normal everyday life and she’s not a fighter like Jessica & the rest.
However, she is capable to defend herself like from Seattle Seductress.
You’re right she’s not the most exciting character and I know she wasn’t for everyone but I just can’t help but think of the ending to DP, I really enjoyed it, it was cute and so sweet. made her one of my favorite characters because of it honestly.
Question-If possible would you ever consider redoing Crossplay with a more modern story? Just a thought.
