The 1980’s happens to be my generation and I am proud of that fact.
You should watch what you put in print, Sam.

Dude, I think it was just a character’s dialogue, which was crafted in a way to further demonstrate Jessica’s unique personality, for good or ill(In this case “ill”). Now the audience knows that Jessica is very out-spoken about her dislikes, even to the point of insulting her mother’s past fashion choices, and we know that Chris is generally polite and uplifting but also kinda sneaky. In that sense, I think Sam is doing his job, which is crafting characters with their own personalities and letting them tell the audience who they are one interaction at a time.

But I still find it insulting.

Then hate the character, not the writer. The writer put that as part of the characters personality. For you to react one way or another means hes done his job

It’s too bad he’s on the outs with Holly: She might like having a different wing girl out with her!

SO it won’t really be an AR I guess, since he’s just turning into his mom at his age. I wonder, though, if he turned into his mom now and then ut on her younger clothes if he would go through an AR or if it would use the same sculpting rules as before where he would just be his current mom with adolescent features.
