I have a feeling eric will stay erica but will end up getting Marks job, as a sort of way of showing that marks plan back fired.
It’s all fun and games till the phone pic disappears and that other parts of the magic like Erica dropping her complaints. Saying she actually wants this. and turned even sluttier by mark ensues.

On the downside, Erica won’t ever be able to change back to ‘Eric’, though. However, on the upside, many corporations today are looking at women for management, so Erica still has a chance at replacing her slime bag of a boss with herself; and, I hope that happens, too!!!
Regarding Erica’s harassment – AAAAAMEN!!! No one, and I mean NO ONE, should ever be disrespected, demeaned, or assaulted. HR represents the interests of PG – NOT management. As long as Erica continues to retain her evidence on her personal mobile phone, she has a *GUAR…AN…TEED* potential lawsuit if Dan doesn’t act. Erica’s evidence would be a slam dunk in her favor, too. Most corporations are risk-adverse, and will do whatever is necessary to prevent a lawsuit.
BTW, having lived in a house of ONLY women (8 to be exact), I’ve heard ALL the stories of what women have had to endure in Corporate America. I can say that much has been accomplished; however, there’s still so much more to do for equal rights of women in the corporate workplace.
Mr. Fitzgerald’s voice cast member sounds *awfully* close to John Goodman. Anyone agree?
