I have a feeling this will tie into the end of Awakening. Pros: -Really nice effects animation. -This final episode is paced surprisingly well thanks to the six month time jump. -The ending was a GOOD twist ending. -I like the ominous smirk on Estrella’s face at the end. Perhaps she’ll join Sylvana in Awakening? Cons: -Why didn’t Leanna have a backup plan in case the portal closed after she entered it since it supposedly only responds to her signature, so to speak? Wow. I looked back at the first video of this series, and it came out 4 years ago. So weird to see this series end after so long.

Wow. That’s not what I was expecting when the description said “the other side”.
Though, I somehow feel that Leanna, Glenn, and Kira would be alright in the overworld. Glenn is a champion, Leanna is a descendant of the guardians, and Kira is… well, she’s Kira. I’m sure the recently-engaged couple will be capable to face all odds along the way.
Leanna’s story may end now, but her journey with Glenn has just begun.
I enjoy the lore theme concept (Watchers, portal, Overworld, Leanna’s & Glenn’s past) like mythology, folklore, legends, and everything else.
It seems this entire site has become more than transforming stories
I also noticed some loose ends, which is why I now have some questions that make me hope that we can find out again how things will continue with the three of them on the other side of the portal. One of those questions I would have is whether the portal was really that secure all the time, because what were the guards for, whether they were more to prevent anything getting up from below, or the other way around, including the circumstances that led to the death of the sister and the father. Wasn’t expecting it to cut off with a cliffhanger that left so much unresolved! A sort of chapter ending rather than a story ending.
Would love to see another series connect to this one somehow to see what happened to them in the overworld.
