Yes! Listen to the obvious writers trap for drama! Stop what you’re doing here, give Jay a chance…
The guy is like a golden casket of el dorado in a ruin of broken shady promises! NOW BUCKLE UP BUTTERCUP AND GO BACK TO HIM OR SO HELP ME FOX YOU WILL RANK AS THE **WORST** CHARACTER IVE BEEN FORCED TO FOLLOW
Kayden is a good friend
Kayden is not into his date ‘Hera.’ Too bad because he’d probably love her😜
When Kayden said that who he wanted to ask was unavailable, is he referring to Lindsey?
Either way, Kayden’s a real G for wanting her to give Jay a chance.
Or this aims at deepening her just stated doubt.

I have to say this is my least favorite comic.
Writing and world-building (and making a business out of it!) being incredibly challenging, I’m inclined go with a story even if there’s a lot that doesn’t work for me (it’s comparatively rare I’ll bail on a novel or movie). 245 pages in, though, I still really don’t understand Hunter and Lindsey.
Least favorite? Off the top of my head, I can think of protagonists I found far more unlikeable and who used gender swapping (magic or not) for far more detestable purposes than exam cheating. Exchange Siblings at least has possibility still and maybe it will realize it.
TBF they are teenagers and when are teens ever understanderble (no offemce to any teens on this site😅)
A high school setting is necessarily going to be extremely limiting in terms of story possibilities. Characters with limited life experience and brains that biologically aren’t fully developed, whose days are quite regimented by school and parents, etc. I wouldn’t be sorry if this were the last comic to have teenage protagonists/be set largely around a high school. I’m definitely not nostalgic about those years.
can we move past high school? Seems like these writers can’t move past high school which is the whole issue I have with this comic.
I hate Kelly so much for being a distrustful person.
Godmother and Crossfire are my least favorite comics. I used to hate F&F, but I love it despite how stupid the characters are, now. I just reread it recently, and reading it in one go made it much more enjoyable.
Words of wisdom.
