To give some perspective on their ages, Jamie was 22 during the start of Shifting Roommates, which was in 2012 (source: Page 101 of SR). Mariah was 18 in Stealing From Sis, also set in 2012. Isabelle and Chris were both 18 during their respective debut series (Too Good To Put Down and Different Perspectives), both set in 2014.
To sum it up, Jamie is about 4 years older than Mariah, and about 6 years older than Isabelle and Chris.
