Have you recently changed your credit or debit card? You will need to update your billing settings.
To update your payment information directly on SapphireFoxx.com:
- Go to your Account Page.
- Click Subscriptions at the top of the page.
- Click Update on your currently active subscription.
To update your payment information on PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Settings.
- Click Money, banks and cards under “Profile” on the left of the page.
- Click Set Automatic Payments in the “Automatic payments” section.
- Click on you SapphireFoxx subscription in the “My preapproved payments” section.
- Update the payment method you’d like to use.
*Note: PayPal may update their website at any time. This method is tested as of May 28, 2019.
