I like identity deaths, but based off of personal experience, most of the people who like TF/TG transformations don’t like identity death. That’s probably why there’s so little of it on this website – when there is identity death, most of the community looks negatively on that story and claim that it’s a bad story. Identity death is very polarizing, and I think Sam wants to avoid any polarizing subjects.
I get what you’re saying, but I think there are enough of us who like it to make it okay every now and then.
Even if there were enough people who do like identity death, those people are still outnumbered by those who don’t like it. Identity death works sometimes in one shots, but in an extended story that goes on longer than 10 minutes? Most of the audience would hate that after just a little while.
Identity death works better around here when it’s kept to a minimum.
Thing is, will the crew know that she was Drake….that’s what I wanna know.
