So the pink Glumine might be a new type created as a bioweapon to end a war that had killed so many. the Blue Glumine is the known type to the populace . I still want to call the Pink Glumine {Gaia } as in the mother of new life.

You calling it Gaia is pretty creepy.

Except that the pink Glumine aren’t creating new life, like a mother would. It’s transforming existing lifeforms. So the name Gaia doesn’t make sense. Given what we’re now learning about them, it also does not sound like they were created during the terraforming process on Odyssey. Now there’s really only two acceptable names – Glumine or pink Glumine.

What I remember about the mission by the Federation is… is how quiet it was. During the intensifying hours of the Great War, the Crossfire was discreetly sent to Odyssey. It was a silent trip. We didn’t knew what was about to happen, what we were about to do. Did we have any doubts? Any private, second-guessing thoughts? Perhaps, but no one said a word. Not on the flight to Odyssey, not when the Glumine attacked, and not when we marched into the Apollo ecology lab. Not a word.

oh boy a vacant ecology lab . i wonder where the lab team went . well the crew found out one thing about the glumine is that there actually blue . and not pink as taylor described . so are we seeing a new type of glumine species on planet odyssey or is it a new species of animal native to planet odyssey ?
