I guess this takes place before the development of perma-sili-gel I don’t really see people going the implant route after they can grow their own permanent enhancement.

Has Lara been taking hormones at all? If you’re transitioning I don’t think going straight for breast implants and hip injections is the best way to go about things. Looks like she’s still using her voice synthesizer as well.
You can still do it without hormones, non hrt trans fems do it still anyways.

well lara’s boyfriend has come to her place a lot earlier than expected . and jackie and lara thought that they would meet darren at the theater but there was a last minute change in plans and he couldn’t wait to see his beautiful girlfriend . boy i hope that it isn’t something serious . also hoping that their date goes smoothly and darren gets a lot of praise for his documentary film . because they really need this right now .

Unfortunately the significance of it is lost to me sense we didn’t get to see it happen, another reason why that time skip bad poorly written.
I agreed. The time skip felt very random, and the weight of it was missing from it. I know why it happened the way it did, but that’s a big sign of bad planning and poor time management.
Meaning the only reason it happen like that was because the writer(s) were rushed for time because the middle of this story was so drawn out?

I’ve seen this playout in many shows( especially western cartoons) where this has played out. Manga even more so.
Poor time management always leads to inconsistent pacing.

Can one of these stories just end without the main character getting married for once?
That would be nice tbh. You just don’t jump into getting married unless you’re very religious. It takes time to get ready for that, and not everyone is ready to make the next step, especially on a short notice. Maybe have a better written animated min series spin off with them married would be the better movie imo.
