When will Lara own up to the fact that men turns her on?
That totally disgusted me.
When will he force Laura out of the closet? Will she feel less attracted to Ana now…
I hope not they where good together.
Ana thinks Luke is gay, remember.
Lara at this point likes men way more than she ever liked Ana, if that was ever the case. lol
I never felt like Luke was that attracted to Ana in the first place. Sure, he finds her attrctive, but it looks more like strong admiration. He hasn’t been as turned on by her as he’s been with just showering or watching a movie with some of his male friends…
I said the same thing in the beginning of this comment, but a certain guy who’s username starts with the letter Z have said otherwise.
When will Luke admits he is gay???
That is not as easy as you might think when a person is raised to be straight.
I mean, he’s still very much attracted to Ana and wants to be with her. So at best, Luke is and will be bisexual, not gay.
Maybe he’s bi?
Is it really being gay if Lara was full time
This part is going on far longer than it should. There is nothing good about a cyber bully getting what they are after it is just disgusting. I hope there is a big payoff where they get caught and sent to jail at the end of this comic.
Absolutely agree.
Then Cypher will take Luke down with him.
And there’s nothing “good” about any villain getting their way, like for example Thanos successfully wiping out half of all life in the universe, and yet that was a great story. Just because a villain gets what he wants doesn’t mean that it’s “disgusting.” Any story with a villain wouldn’t really work if the hero always got his way. The villain has to have some form of success, or else there is no point in having a villain. Having a villain like Cypher makes the story more thrilling and intense, while also making Luke more sympathetic and relatable. Which is… Read more »
Sorry but as someone who had some try to blackmail them, this does NOT make a good story and IS disgusting.
I’m sorry that someone tried to blackmail you. That is something that is awful in the context of the real world. But I feel it is important to make that “in the real world” distinction. Because this is fictional, I’m always willing to give stories like this more leeway, even when despicable things happen. For example, murder is also terrible, but that doesn’t make any stories that involve murder disgusting too. By that logic, “The Godfather” or any Alfred Hitchcock movie wouldn’t be watched by anyone. “Psycho” and “Rear Window” are not advocating murder or praising their murderers, it’s just… Read more »
Your negative personal opinion of a plot point doesn’t make it a bad plot point.
Agreed. It’s the difference between subjective and being objective. Subjectively, it’s okay to not like blackmail. But objectively, blackmail stories can be good. The existence of blackmail in any story does not inherently make that a bad story.
It’s the difference between saying “I like this comic” and “This is a good comic.” Those two statement are not the same thing, because the former is a subjective opinion, and the latter is an objective statement.
I am sorry but using a story line that involves blackmail and showin the victim “getting into it” like this as entertainment is never a good decision. Yes I know that is my opinion but the don’t want to feel like my opinion does not matter as someone who has been vitim to a blackmailer in real life.
I will just keep waiting for this part to be over with so we can get to a part of the story I am more interested in as how it will resolve with both of the friends:
Whether you like it or not, that is ultimately just your opinion and your experience. We do not have to agree with you. Not all of us shared in your experience and your opinion on blackmail stories is not the truth. Just because you don’t like how blackmail is being used in FaF because of your own negative experience does not mean that your opinion on blackmail suddenly becomes a fact. I sympathize with those who have been victims of blackmail in real life, but I still enjoy fictional stories about blackmail. I don’t wish it on anyone IRL, but… Read more »
Well, I’m lacking sympathy for Luke, so I guess the story is doing its job.
I have plenty of sympathy for Luke and what he’s going through with Cypher. It’s definitely there and has been there for a long time.
Yeah but its becoming more like this is Lara’s kink to be treated this way, or at least that’s how the story is presenting Lara’s and Cypher’s obsession for each other/ Lara letting creepy ass Cypher do whatever he wants to her.
So he’s attracted to masculine Lara and Feminine Luke?
yes
This has gotten a bit gross…
Especially with how long it is going on for
I’m a open minded person but this has been taken to far.
And yet the Beyond audience is eating these pages up. Personally, I think this is the hottest the comic has gotten so far. So FaF is certainly doing something right.
Lara’s chest doesn’t move anymore …. Maybe it’s become permanent?
Nahh just pg13 restrictions.
