The comment said that the title may imply that the night before was Gavin and Zoey’s first and last (i.e., only) time they’ll have full-on sex. This was downvoted a lot, as it may just mean that Zoey is the first to get infected and Gavin is the last man.
Well, I think that commenter was right. Gavin and Zoey will most likely not have sex anymore; the next time, it will probably be Gaela and Zack already. The title is a classic double entendre.
