So, did Chase have pierced ears before or did they automatically become pierced as part of his transformation?
I believe it’s implied that every adult who gets infected also gets their ears pierced as part of the transformation. It’s just difficult to show that someone’s ears magically get pierced.

Will Clarissa’s discrimination against infected people finally end at this point because there are little to no uninfected people left (which would leave very few people with beliefs like her)? Will we ever see a glimpse of what Gavin’s birth mom looked like at all? The fact Gavin’s mom left after arguments about divorce and never came back without reason (not to mention the divorce filing never occurred with Gavin’s real mom) suggests something else occurred that neither we nor the characters know.
I wouldn’t say that Clarissa discriminates against the infected. We’ve hardly seen her interact with anyone with the virus. The only one she’s shown any animosity towards is Wanda, and that’s a lot of different reasons, the least of which is discrimination. It probably doesn’t help that she hasn’t been able to have sex with her husband in nearly a year and that she’s not attracted to the growing majority of the island’s population.

Based off of an initial glance at your pending comment, the only problem seems to be that you included links to other websites. This website is programmed so that ANY comment that contains a link(s) to other websites immediately needs moderator approval before being posted. This is to prevent users from spamming the comments with links to sites that are pirating content from this website.
Oh, that makes sense. I thought the links were one possibility why the comment didn’t immediately go through. I’ll take that into consideration the next time I comment.
Oh hey, I also posted that comment on this page at the SapphireFoxx Beyond site too, where it also said “comment awaiting moderation”, but it hasn’t shown up there like it did here.
It would be the same deal on SF Beyond – because of the links you added, the comment needs moderator approval before it can be posted. However, I’m not a moderator on SF Beyond, so Sam or another mod on SF Beyond would have to approve the comment, which might not happen right away since Sam typically isn’t on the websites on the weekend.
I wish those people would stop pirating content from this website I’m paying 5 every month here for wonderful content Sam’s been making, I’m not fond of pirates ruining everything.
