What’s the drinking age in Germany? In Japan it’s 20.
16 is when they can drink, 18 for Spirits.
16 is the official age, while 14 to 16 is when they usually start drinking; (liquor laws are a lot lighter than diver’s license rules in Germany, where the driving age is 18).
So they are both able to drink, hope they don’t get drunk.

The uniform shows off their legs, but keep in mind the difference between a comic and anime/manga and reality. Real school uniforms, worn the way they are told to wear them, don’t have nearly as show of skirts.
I’ve lived in Japan for a couple years now. The main thing is the open back and deep v collar. That sort of thing just is not common in public in Japan.
The dress is very sexy, but my guess it will for sure be laying on the floor after the stroke of midnight, most likely Yuzuki will be stroking some thing much to her pleasure.
